Welcome to Serente Spa, LLC.! This User Agreement sets forth the "terms and conditions" which govern your use of our Web site. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. You have read the Serente Spa Privacy Policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by Serente Spa and/or its third-party providers, partners and affiliates in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy.
REVIEW OF TRANSMISSIONS
Serente Spa may, from time to time monitor and review any information transmitted or received through this site and reserves the right to censor, edit, remove or prohibit the transmission or receipt of any information that Serente Spa deems inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions. During monitoring, the information may be examined, recorded or copied, and your use of this site constitutes your consent to such monitoring and review. You agree that if you submit suggestions, ideas, comments or questions or post any other information on this site, you grant Serente Spa and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicense able right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any form, media or technology. Products and services
These products and services made available by Serente Spa and its suppliers on this Site are intended for personal use only. You may not assign, transfer, re-market, resell or otherwise dispose of, such products and services without obtaining Serente Spa prior written consent. Serente Spa and its suppliers may cancel or modify purchases on the Site if it appears that they are the result of fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the purchase contains or has resulted from a mistake or error. Other terms and conditions included on the Site, including return and shipping policies, may apply to Your purchase and are incorporated by reference herein.
User feedback
You agree that all ideas, comments, suggestions or other information that You provide to Serente Spa regarding the Site or products and services provided on the Site (the "Feedback") shall be Serente Spa property, and may be used by Serente Spa on a non-confidential and unrestricted basis, without compensation to You.
Advertising disclosure, accuracy
Product descriptions posted on our product pages are the representations of our suppliers. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors or omissions. Serente Spa is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice. Serente Spa reserves the right to make changes, corrections and/or improvements to the Site, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice.
Mis-communications
Serente Spa and any other providers of products or services on the Site are not responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or lost, stolen, or misdirected, transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications. Further, Serente Spa and any other providers of products or services related to this Site are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by You or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Site, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Site.
Serente Spa spa gift cards
Available for any amount, Serente Spa gift cards make the perfect present for those 'passionate about pampering' and are redeemable for Serente Spa services, catalog and online purchases and product from our in spa shops.
The simplest way to order a Serente Spa gift card is to order online, but you may also:

We're working as fast as we can to deliver Serente Spa all over, however, if the shipping method you select is U.S. Mail please allow 3 to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Please note: Serente Spa gift cards are redeemable only at the Uptown Park location or our online store. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is $5.00 or less, cards may not be redeemed for cash. Serente Spa gift cards expire ONE YEAR from date of purchase. Serente Spa gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow check-in, changing and a little pre-treatment decompression stress free time enjoying our relaxation lounge and beverages.
Serente Spa alert
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to your treatment. Spa services are provided for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that guests may have.

Serente Spa Kid Services.
A parent or guardian must sign the spa waiver form upon check in for all services performed on their Minor.
* Minors, age 12 or below are permitted to receive hair & nail services. They must have a parent or guardian present during the time of service.
* Minors, ages 13 - 17 years old are permitted to receive facials, waxing (not including bikini area), massages (unless state law prohibits) and hair and nail services.
* 13 – 15 year old minors, must have a parent in the treatment room during the entire service
* 16 – 17 year old minors, must have a parent on premise during the entire service (unless state law differs)
* 16 – 17 Minors must have a therapist of the same gender
* Minors are not allowed to receive Venus treatments or laser hair removal
* Minors are not allowed in the Med Spa areas of the spa
* Minors 17 years and below are not permitted to use the IV Therapy Services.
* Facial and body waxing (not including bikini area) is permitted for Minors from the age of 13 to 15 with a parent in the room, and from 16 and above without their parent in the room as long as their parent is on premise. Bikini, Brazilian and Betweeny waxing is NOT permitted.
Serente Spa cancellations
We require a twenty-four hour notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise within the 24 hours--we'll expect you to be there. Serente is reserving your time which is very valuable as is our other guest waiting for appointments....'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Serente Spa spa returns
Serente Spa will be happy to accept returns on most any merchandise purchased from the spa within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and fragrances. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Clothing and lingerie, sale items, and 'as is' items, are non-returnable. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. No cash refunds. The spa does not accept returns on items purchased from Serente Spa.com or our catalog.
miscellaneous
Please keep any valuables that you've brought to Serente Spa on your person for the duration of your visit. In case of fire, flood, or other emergency, it's particularly handy to have your house keys on hand.) Unfortunately, Serente Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Appointment questions
Serente Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment.
If you have a preference for the gender of your therapist, please state it when you book your appointment.
Gratuities
You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well scrubbed, and…well, you get the idea. The recommended range is between 15% and 25% of the full retail price service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash, credit card or Serente Spa gift card.

At Serente Spa we take responsibility regarding your privacy, very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to book your service. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to certain permitted third parties including members of our own group, trusted business partners and customers that use our spa management software. Accept Payment
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Serente Spa gift cards, Personal Checks good old-fashioned Cash.
Credit card information
Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking and subject to the terms and conditions provided by the establishment you book your service at.
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.
Our servers and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details.
Your credit card information will be kept at Serentespa.com and only made available to the establishment you book your service at subject to the terms and conditions of their cancellation and no-show policies.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Serente Spa or any third party provider, partner or affiliate should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of this site or its content, the liability of Serente Spa and the third-party providers, partners and affiliates shall in no event exceed US$100.00. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Serente Spa and without any liability whatsoever, Serente Spa at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of this site. Some states do not allow limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to and shall defend and indemnify and hold Serente Spa and any third-party providers, partners and affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, causes of action, suits, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses, or other demand, including, without limitation, legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of, relating to, or arising from your use of this site, the use of your account by and other person or persons, or your breach of these terms and conditions.
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
The provisions of paragraphs (medical disclaimer), (exclusion of warranty), (limitation of liability) and (indemnification) are for the benefit of Serente Spa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, third party providers and partners. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between Serente Spa and its therapist, will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions and their performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its provisions governing conflicts of law. You consent and submit yourself and your property to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, the state of Texas, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and these terms and conditions and waive any objection that you now or may hereafter have as to the venue of such action or proceeding. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
ATTORNEY'S FEES
If Serente Spa or its third party providers, partners or affiliates take any action to enforce this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions will cause such damage to Serente Spa as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that Serente Spa shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as to recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by Serente Spa in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.
TERMINATION
Serente Spa may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Serente Spa and its third-party providers, partners and affiliates may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Serente Spa and its third party providers, partners or affiliates, as applicable.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
MODIFICATION
Serente Spa may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
SEVERABILITY
These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
HEADINGS
The headings used in this User Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms and conditions herein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
Serente Spa
