The Ecommerce Coordinator will assist in increasing sales campaigns and managing the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience of the spa/retail and/or online sector and be a proven self-starter.


The Job (not limited to):

  • Manage sales campaigns for existing supplier base
  • Work with planning to schedule sales ensuring calendar is full
  • Market research, lead generation, competitor monitoring
  • Assist buyer with supplier follow-up and relationship management
  • Liaise with Spa on creative direction for sale campaign
  • Follow up on shipments and deliveries, provide direction on collect shipments and assist with overages and shortages
  • Provide sales information for Buyer if requested


The person (not limited to):

  • General understanding of Merchandising
  • Knowledge of Buying/Negotiating
  • Previous retail spa experience is a plus
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are a MUST
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good time management skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Can work independently with a strong willingness to learn
